After hearing really disturbing news it is just simply natural for a part of one to feel an urge to just simply turn off their television now and pray

Ya Ain't Read Nothin' Yet

It's 1989. George Bush has started the drug war again for another time in the history of our country. Carry Edwards is N.J. attorney general and got the idea of putting up so many "Drug-Free School Zone" signs people litterly saw one every time they turned around. There were stretches of road where these signs were actually within ten feet of each other.

It reminded me of that George Orwell book 1984 we were forced to read in grammar school. Then That Thunderbolt hit me. Now I realized how come our Principal Nun back at O.L.S. had us reading those books by Orwell back in the early 70's. The Chief Penguin was aware of the existance of The Club and she was taking precautions.

The programming of Sister Superior suddenly became alive. Now one of her sleeper agents was actived and awake with a Sheldon like attitude for righteousness. I made up my mind right then & there that there is no way this is going to happen to my America.

God Bless You, Sister Superior, your wisdom will prevail.

I started by writing every politician & government agency I could imagine and explained to them that modern science is aware alcohol is drugs. I asked them how can we make America drug-free if alcohol is legal. As I realized, after several months, that effort would only be productive against a nobel opponent, so the idea came into my head of putting a bumper sticker saying "Alcohol Is Drugs" on the back of my car. As I drove around, I would stare out the rear view mirror to see people's reactions.

One lady had a child in the passenger seat, about 8 years old. She pointed and yelled at the child to turn their head and look out the passenger window. She started yelling furiously at me out her window. I could not hear what she was saying, but she gave me an ear full.

Another time there was an elderly couple, the woman in the passenger seat was staring at me with the meanest look I ever got in my life. We were on a highway and they were able to pass me and pull in front of me. That woman's head turned around like she was the Exorsist. She gave me so hard and so cold a stare, she was throwing frozen machetes at me, not daggers. We drove like that for about 10 miles and they pulled off onto an exit ramp.

There was a time 2 teenage girls were behind me. They started cheering and yelling and screaming in a good way.

One time my father called to me from the front porch. "You can't stop people from using alcohol." I called back to him, "We are going to make America drug-free". He sat there, smiled and looked away from me.

Another time, my brother said to me, "alcohol is legal." I immediately replied "alcohol is illegal." He was quiet. Gave me the 2nd meanest look I ever got for about 2 minutes and then he turned and went about his business.

Finally, one time with my bumper sticker, somebody attempted to correct my grammar. They put an x through the s in drugs and wrote an "A" in front of the word.

Everybody else was either neutral or blind.

From this test marketing, nobody broke my car or my neck. So, I decided to step up my game and started placing an "Alcohol Is Drugs" sign underneath the "drug-free school zone" signs.

Over the course of two years, I put up about fifty signs.

Over that two year course, The State of New Jersey took down only three of the hundreds of "drug-free school zone" signs.

How come only three? What? I have to put an "Alcohol Is Drugs" sign under every "drug-free school zone" sign in the state to get the message out? Back in 1991 I was planning to do just that when I came down with an illness. To those concerned, I'm feeling better now.

Today, there are still "drug-free school zone" signs all over the State of New Jersey. I have never seen any other "Alcohol Is Drugs" sign. Today, anybody can go online and buy a sign that says "drug-free school zone". Outside of New Jersey, has anyone ever heard of a sign saying "alcohol is drugs"?

The American public must wake up, and realize, in America, ever since 1963 the year in America has actually been, 1984.

Back then I thought I was informing the people in Our Government that alcohol is a germ that spreads the disease of drug addiction. I was wrong. Sister Superior was firing a warning shot at the illegal drug addict amendment.
